Gil from Elevation Wine Partners will be pouring wines from McPherson Cellars - one of the pioneering wineries in the still burgeoning Texas wine movement. For those incredulous that Texas can produce premium wines, this is a fantastic opportunity to taste them free-of-charge and make a determination for yourselves. There will also be a superb Chardonnay poured from a small producer in the Santa Cruz Mountains called Maison Areion.
