If Barolo is considered the King of Italian Wine and Barbaresco is the Queen, where does that leave Brunello? It surely deserves a power piece on the chessboard. The next available default option is the Rook. So by that logic, Alessandro of Vias Imports will be pouring the Queen and Rook of Italian wines, along with a basil pesto-y fresh Fiano di Avellino and a wine we affectionately refer to as "The Flying Saucer Wine" from Slovenia.
