Introducing Class Is In Session, a never-ending series of classroom-style wine tastings and lessons with me, Dan Dawson of Outer Space Wines.

Each class will focus on a specific wine region of the world.

The inaugural class on Thursday, January 25 will be on Champagne, the king of wines, the wine of kings. Within a span of six Champagnes Dan will discuss and show how the grape, place and winemaking style make big differences in the final product.
